I purchased a sightseeing admission and then on arrival discovered there was availability to sit in the restaurant at Leapfrogs. I am a Leapfrogs Guest, therefore, but did not have a confirmed booking. Can I get my sightseeing admission refunded?

We're glad you could enjoy a meal at Leapfrogs despite not having a prior booking. However, as per all of our correspondence, only Guests with confirmed reservations at Leapfrogs are entitled to complimentary entry. In the event you have a confirmed booking at Leapfrogs, please enter via the restaurant, where you will receive an a wristband as proof of admission. If you do not have a confirmed table booking, please purchase tickets online or ask our Team at the sightseeing entrance if there is any available tickets.
