I purchased a sightseeing admission and then on arrival discovered there was availability to sit in the restaurant at Leapfrogs. I am a Leapfrogs Guest, therefore, but did not have a confirmed booking. Can I get my sightseeing admission refunded?

We’re glad you could enjoy a meal at Leapfrogs despite not having a prior booking. However, as per all of our correspondence, only Guests with confirmed reservations at Leapfrogs are entitled to complimentary entry.

Wanneroo Botanic Gardens operates separately, and a sightseeing admission or Mini Golf ticket is required for entry. While we appreciate your visit, the unexpected availability at Leapfrogs does not alter our Conditions of Entry, and we are unable to offer refunds for your sightseeing admission.
